Will The Randomizer work with our enterprise
HR system such as PeopleSoft or Oracle?
As long as you can export/output your personnel
list to either a text file, a comma delineated file, or an Excel
spreadsheet, you can easily import the list into The Randomizer.
All of the enterprise HR systems we are aware of have this capability.
Will The Randomizer work with Excel 2007 .xlsx format?
Yes, simply save your Excel spreadsheet in the "Compatability Mode" in Excel 2007 and import your file as an .xls.

Yes, The Randomizer is network compatible. The
licensing agreement of The Randomizer is for one copy to be run
by one user, so if you have more than one user you need to buy
additional licenses.
Is there a limit on the number of people that
can be on an imported personnel list in The Randomizer?
Technically, no. The Randomizer has been tested
with personnel lists with between 5,000 and 10,000 people and
works fine. When randomizing large groups of 5,000 or more, lack
of Random Access Memory or processor speed could cause a slow
down or other issues. Our testing has been done typically on
machines with 256+ RAM successfully.
We are a drug testing agency and test hundreds
of different clients, can The Randomizer be used in this situation?
Yes. Simply set up a file (spreadsheet or text
